Abstract:
Export channel management has gained a greater relevance as one of the challenges related to internationalization processes. Analyzing the conclusions of the articles that have studied the control systems role in the context of the interorganizational relationships (Interoganisational Control, IC), this work argues that IC could allow a better integration and coordination of the relationships among domestic and international partners, different to ownership. As an exploratory study of both topics, we carry out a literature review with a meta-analysis approach. Our results show the main authors and works, suggesting new research avenues to shed light on the role of IC in the internationalization processes.
