Abstract (Translated):
Social and labor characteristics of the workers of the region of Andalusia are studied, making a diagnosis of the socio-labor reality in 2017. A discrete choice model of Logit type and a Multiple Correspondence Analysis is applied. The results show that the labor situation of the workers is determined by sociocultural factors, such as gender, educational level and age. The profile of the worker indicates that there is a direct relationship between age and educational level with working conditions. The economic and financial crisis has a greater impact on the working conditions of men to a greater extent than on women.
